Order Preparation
Most JWH personalized pieces are made to order and are carefully prepared before shipment. Based on our production workflow and supplier delivery references, personalized items are usually prepared and dispatched within 7-9 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. If an item requires a photo, handwriting, fingerprint, engraving review, or complex personalization, preparation may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Orders to the United States and United Kingdom qualify for free tracked shipping on orders over $50 USD.
