Measure at the right time
Measure your finger near the end of the day when your hands are warm. Fingers may measure slightly smaller when cold.
Between sizes?
If you are between sizes, choosing the larger size is often more comfortable, especially for wider bands.
Buying as a gift
Compare with a ring the recipient already wears on the same finger. If possible, measure the inside diameter of that ring.
