Can I personalize my jewelry?

Yes. Many JWH products include personalization options such as names, initials, birthstones, dates, short notes or engraving details. Available options are shown on each product page.

Can I change personalization after ordering?

Please contact us as quickly as possible. Once a personalized item enters preparation or production, changes may not be possible.

How long does a personalized order take?

Most personalized pieces are carefully prepared and dispatched within 7-9 business days. Delivery time starts after dispatch and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

For the United States, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days with standard tracked shipping, 2-3 business days with priority shipping, or 1-2 business days with express shipping after dispatch. For the United Kingdom, standard tracked delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch, while express delivery usually takes 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently prioritize tracked delivery for the United States and the United Kingdom. Available shipping options are shown at checkout after the customer enters the delivery country and address.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with the most appropriate next step.

Are personalized items returnable?

Personalized items may have different return conditions because they are made or configured for a specific customer. Please review our refund policy before ordering.
