Care guide

Personalized and plated jewelry should be handled gently. A little care makes a meaningful piece easier to enjoy over time.

Daily care

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering or exercising
  • Avoid perfume, lotion, sunscreen, chlorine and salt water
  • Put jewelry on after skincare and fragrance have dried

Cleaning

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth
  • Avoid abrasive cloths and harsh chemicals
  • Do not soak plated or personalized pieces unless the product care instructions allow it

Storage

  • Store pieces separately to reduce scratching and tangling
  • Keep jewelry in a dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Use a pouch, box or soft-lined compartment when possible

Travel

When travelling, keep chains fastened and separate pieces in small pouches to help avoid knots, scratches and pressure marks.
